Getting run down from all the work you have in your life, feeling overwhelmed by the busyness and how quick this year is going? We’re already a quarter of a way through. It’s unbelievable how many people I meet looking for balance, looking to find a life that feels balanced. Whatever that means.
But is balance required if you feel energised? Centered? Powerful? Or is a calling from within you that you have some work to do to get into alignment. I’ll give you a hint, it’s not the first one.
Yes, we need to have enough time for rest, play and also work and when these are out of whack either we become too apathetic or too much stress, drains us. However, is this balance? Because there are a lot of self-help, gurus and other people out there telling us what we need but in truth, there is no recipe for a perfectly energised life. Except for this: YOU HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER YOUR LIFE, AND HOW YOU FEEL!
If you manage the feelings you experience throughout the day, you manage your energy and intuitively you will find the exact recipe for what your life, and body/mind needs.
Many things we cannot see because as they manifest we will only get glimpses of them coming, which requires us to be tuned in. There are so many moments that this magic is lost because we have so much going on in our mind about how they work and looking for the outcome, not the process. Is this you?
There is only a moment awareness between having or not having something in your life, and it takes time and effort in the right place to change the things in your experience and first, this must be done in your awareness.
Everyone is seeking Happiness and peace – and all we do in life is because of the belief that it will bring us Joy. So how do we line up to the things we desire?
How to line up to something we want to bring into our life
Become aware of what it is that you would like to manifest; how it feels, how it smells, experience the sensation of having it until you experience feeling fulfilled. If when you do this, there is resistance or feeling of stress, you are not close enough to the experience of having this and need to first work on your fears. Never work on the things you want from a place of fear of not having them.
As you experience the being ness of fulfilment the universe will start to align to the that experience, this is called the Law of Attraction. It is Law
The experience of balance for many is a physical one. It’s one of being healthy, being rested in mind and body. When your mind is not rested, you feel fatigued, when your body is not rested, you feel drained, when you life is not rested you feel depression or apathy
This comes from the little or no space to just be and the feeling that there is always something to be doing
Whilst at times this will feel productive, it causes stress and in an attempt to let go of some of that stress, many of us will reach for comfort – whether this is food, alcohol, excessive work or anything that makes us feel satisfied without ourself. The only problem with this is, it’s temporary and continues draining us long term.
Yoga – Ahimsa – The way to feel balanced and aligned
Ahimsa is to experience compassion for all beings, including your judgmental mind. As you start to practice Ahimsa, you forgive yourself for not quite being there yet, for things out of your control, for people’s impact on your energy. This allows us to find balance, not from the external place but from within.
It allows life to be messy, and even out of whack but gives us peace. Our practice is to focus on practicing non-violence in our thoughts, woulds, and actions.
In this way, we give ourselves Love, and Love is POWER
In that you do not need to change ANYTHING, except for your inner awareness and as that changes, you will start to make decisions from a place of balance, peace, and integrity.
AS your decisions change, your life changes and those things you attract change.
This practice may not be easy in the beginning but through waking up every morning, and writing a list of things your grateful for, by choosing to forgive, and let things be as they are and searching for signs that things are shifting to somewhere more positive, you will see how POWERFUL you really in in creating the life you have dreamed.
