The term “Move well, and then move often” is the way Rack Life approach training members. With group training that are semi-private with no more than 12 people in each class, our training is designed to develop a foundation of useable strength. In the gym we use RACKD Strength & RACKD Performance classes to help build muscle and also lose fat. We work with each individual to find the right mix of classes for the specific goals they have.
RACKD – BOXFIT
RACKD Boxfit combines three focus areas – technique, conditioning and boxing. The focus is on right technique, learning to hit properly to get the most out of the fitness. It is a performance class aimed to generate fitness outcomes.
RACKD – STRENGTH
RACKD Strength classes have three focus areas – Yoga/Mobility, Strength which is 7 stations that develop functional strength for movement and finishing with Performance to apply the strength in the body and raise the heart rate. Strength training is perfect for increasing your energy, building better movement for all the things you do in your life.
RACKD – PERFORMANCE
RACKD Performance has three components in the RACKD METHOD – Yoga/mobility, PERFORMANCE, yin. Warming up the body and getting into the right mindset, followed by a hard HIGH Intensity Interval training – either focusing on Resistance or Cardio aimed to get the heart rate above 85% for a portion of the class to generate EPOC (Excess Post Oxygen Consumption) which will help you burn more calories. Following this, this class finishes with Yin to calm the nervous system and restore the body’s energy into balance.

A strong 30 minute express workout designed to give you a whole body workout that is high intensity in both resistance training and cardio output
