Group Training Class Styles
A TRX workout that is a circuit style workout with a whole body focus, to build strength and muscular endurance.
Building strength for function and fat loss. Lift is designed to work the primary movement patterns, using different strength methods. Use of barbells, kettlebells and machines.
A high-Intensity Interval class (HIIT) with resistance and cardio exercises that will work on your aerobic and anaerobic system. This class is for you if you want to burn fat and get lean.
