Ammie, our Senior Trainer has over 10 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry with certifications under Paul Chek including Holistic lifestyle coaching (L1), Scientific Core conditioning, Scientific Back Training and Program Design. Ammie has also completed Equal but not the Same – training specifically for women. Has Level 1 & 2 completed in Functional Movement Screening and Cert III & IV in Fitness and is completing her Nutrition Coaching L1 course.
With a back ground in Yoga, and strength training the approach that Rack Life takes is a holistic approach to movement, including screening movement patterns, looking at mobility and motor control requirements and getting her clients move well, lose weight along with creating stronger bodies with confidence and energy.
