At Rack Life, we are focused on helping our members move well first, before loading a particular movement. There are 7 basic movements that we need to be able to function well and these are the basis of our assessment and consultation when you become a member at our club.
The principles of movement are implemented from the results we derive from the Functional Movement Screen, allowing us to make programming decisions with precision and purpose .Screen results provide valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure we are meeting short and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and vitality.
The movement screen and consult is booked in upon signing up as a member and complimentary for a limited time only. You will be this as part of the on boarding process and any areas that need work, will be looked at and discussed individually. The option to have a self-guided program, or coached one is up to you.
Considerations for the right classes, and areas of focus will be discussed in light of your own individual health and wellness goals.
